With the weather moderating a littler bit Roger and I started to think about the dog park again. Rog loves the dog park. The photo below was taken a second before this one. When his eyes roll back in his head he's about to do one of his patented moves. This Rotweiler and his owner are friends and this is all in great fun. Unfortuneately we did have some other problems at the park last year. Roger ( and I unfortunately ) got skunked on a walk one morning. Despite all of out best efforts the smell takes time to completely dissipate. After the skunk hit Rog had a few issues with fighting and we had to stop going for the rest of the season. I'm hoping that his unpopular personal hygiene issues were primarily to blame for the socialization problem and this year he will get along better. We're keeping our fingers ( and toes ) crossed :DD This picture is one of the first few batches that I shot with the d-40 and I pulled it and reworked it. My son Steven took the top 2 pictures while "Learning" to use the camera.
